Forecast Sales
Forecasting is the foundation for managing your locations. The zignyl report forecasts off of your historic sales which is pulled directly from your POS. It creates your forecasts to the hour and in a matter of minutes. This will empower your Store Manager, who will factor in trends and insights at the store level, to make more informed scheduling decisions.
Suggested Labor
Suggested labor will maximize labor efficiency by suggesting scheduling by the hour to ensure the right amount of crew is capitalizing on sales opportunities. This feature utilizes a hybrid of two key metrics (minimum required labor and forecast sales) to suggest a schedule that aligns sales per hour to sales per labor goals.
Scheduled Labor
Scheduled labor is based off of the hourly forecast that allows you to stay close to your forecast for optimal results. It shows you exactly how many employees you’ll need throughout each day and know if you are over- or under-scheduled. The suggested labor graph is overlayed on your scheduled labor, so you can build out a smarter schedule to maximize labor efficiency and minimize any areas of concern.
Net Sales
The zignyl report will pull sales reports from you POS to provide you a real-time snapshot of your current net sales at all your locations continuously throughout the day to see how close you were to hitting your forecast.
Actual Labor
The zignyl report will provide a real time report on actual labor hours throughout the day. This important metric will provide an understanding of the variance of the actual labor hours being allocated throughout the day to know if the location is running above or below scheduled labor.
Operations
The zignyl report will also track a digital checklist in the location dashboard to verify tasks were either on-time, late, incomplete or pending. This indicator is important to see where opportunities of improvement can happen at the store level to maximize operational task efficiencies and to stay compliant with brand requirements and local ordinances.
